Description of Service

BudgetTests is an online exam preparation platform that provides practice tests, study materials, and performance tracking for competitive exams including GMAT, GRE, and others. We offer both free and premium services to help students prepare effectively.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BudgetTests only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access or scrape our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share test questions or answers outside the platform
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt our services

Intellectual Property

All content on BudgetTests, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of BudgetTests or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

Premium Services

• Full-length adaptive tests (when available)

Privacy and Data

Disclaimers

• BudgetTests is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that our practice tests will improve your actual exam scores
• We are not affiliated with official testing organizations (GMAC, ETS, etc.)
• Our practice questions are created independently and may not reflect actual exam content
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BudgetTests, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BudgetTests operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
